Check factual property claims in a promotional social post against your own current records. This sheet helps you review claims; it does not verify them for you.

• Gather every claim. Check the caption, text on the image or video, spoken audio, hashtags, and call to action or booking link.
• Use your own current records. Verify property details such as beds, capacity, amenities, access, location, and policies; do not treat another listing or a guest comment as proof.
• Check the media and timely details. Make sure photos and footage match what the post says, and recheck any price, availability, promotion, or seasonal feature for the posting date.
• Resolve each claim below. Keep supported claims, correct wording that differs from the records, and remove claims you cannot support or confirm.
